An Inside Look at the Legal Battle for the Right to Display Menorahs on Public Property.
Charles H. Saul is a partner in the law firm of Margolis Edelstein in Pittsburgh, PA. Mr. Saul was the prevailing attorney in the landmark U.S. Supreme Court case of Allegheny County v. ACLU in which he won the right of Chabad to maintain Chanukah menorahs on public property. Mr. Saul will discuss how the case came before the Supreme Court and its legal and religious ramifications.
